Ministry Name: Singles Ministry

Chairperson(s): Irma Lowman and Octavia Wright

Purpose : The purpose of the Singles Ministry is to serve to nurture those who are unmarried, divorced, or widowed. It serves as an opportunity for fellowship and a support network among these members and to bridge connections with other singles at other churches in the local community as part of its outreach efforts. The ministry has met for dinner at restaurants, a social hour at Ms. Lowman's home, and the group has met at the church also. Suggestions have been made about participating in various community service activities.

Future events may include

• Attending singles conferences
• Collaborating with other singles ministries at other churches for social and community service events
• Planning/attending retreats.

All singles are invited and encouraged to participate in this ministry
