Purpose: The purpose of the Archives and History committee is to establish an archive of the church’s records; provide preservation of all records and historical materials no longer in current use; and to promote the history and heritage of Francis Burns United Methodist Church.

The Archives and History committee plans and coordinates the heritage and anniversary observances of Francis Burns UMC. The committee also locates and collects records created by the church. Additionally this committee stores records in and archival repository and keeps an updated and accurate history of Francis Burns United Methodist Church.
