 Burns Community Development Golf Tournament: September 17, 2010 at the Crickentree Golf Course, 1084 Langford Road, Blythewood, SC 29016; registration fee is $75.00 per person and format is a 4 person captain’s choice.  Francis Burns Church Annual Picnic: Sesquicentennial Park, September 26th at 11a.m. Please note that we will not have the 10a.m. Worship Service at church on this day; In case of rain-normal church service, picnic afterwards in Fellowship Hall.

FBUMC Charge Conference: Monday, October 4, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

 The Drama Ministry: A team ready for A-C-T-I-O-N striving to touch lives, soften hearts & ensure that everyone is afforded the best possible opportunity to grow in the spirit of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our first production, "The State of the Mind Pageant," will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010, 5:30 p.m., at Francis Burns United Methodist Church. The next rehearsal will be on Sunday, September 12, 2010, 4:00 pm at FBUM Church.

 Library Ministry: Summer Reading participants will be recognized on Sunday, September 12th during worship services. Participants should meet in the Fellowship Hall immediately following worship to receive prizes and certificates.

 Library Ministry Committee Meeting: Saturday, September 18th at 9:00 am. Fall Yard and Bake Sale: Calling on all ministries and church members to assist in a benefit for Mr. Albert C."Bert" Humphrey.
